Here is a great stretch to help relieve stress and tension in your neck and shoulders!
Start by sitting up straight with your shoulders rolled back. Use the weight of your hand and arm to gently stretch your neck towards the same shoulder. Hold for 10-20 seconds while you take some nice, deep breaths. Then repeat on the opposite side.
This should feel like a good stretch. If it is uncomfortable, stop and consult your chiropractor. This is just one of the many things you can do to help your body feel and function better!
