We love the cat/cow pose! It can be great to help relieve tension in your upper, mid, and lower back while stretching the chest and abdominals. Try starting your morning by inhaling into cat pose and exhaling into cow pose three times each.
If either of these positions are uncomfortable, stop doing them for the time being and let your chiropractor know! There are so many different stretches for your back and this may not be the right one for you.
